  i hated going out in service on christmas and new year's day.

  Telling people I wasn't there to change their religion.

  Yeah, that one always made me feel like such a liar. Why else would we be at their door pushing our religion on them?

  I hated field service in general, especially running into kids I went to school with. Not being able to do any of the things that the other kids were doing. I wasn't allowed to play football, which I wanted to do more than anything else.

  Pink Floyd at Camp Randall Stadium in 94. We had great seats on the ground, about 20 rows from the stage. They were great, even without Roger Waters. Also saw Rush that same year. Had great seats for that one too.

  i dreaded it with a passion and couldn't wait to be done.

  I hated it, even when I auxilary pioneered. I always felt guilty because I didn't have the zeal for it that others seemed to have. They were either on something, or were better at faking enthusiasm than I was. I was also always afraid of running into someone that I knew at the door. The only time I would get remotely excited in the ministry is when we came upon a house with no cars in the driveway and the lights off, and it was my turn.

  The elders decided that since my daughter was taking her drivers education course for a month and a half and would miss one meeting a week for it, she could not get baptized at the next assembly. That is when my doubts really took a turn.

  I guess she would have to depend on others to drive her around while she's pioneering.

  I'm 18 and I want my baptism undone.

  i was recently informed that i have the legal right to have my baptism nullified.

  but apparently there is a time limit on it.

  i have to do this before i turn 19. if i succeed, they will announce at a meeting that i was never a jehovahs witness, and i will not be disfellowshiped or disassociated.. i should also point out that i was baptised at age 9.

  I've never heard of anything like this, though even if it's true I suspect they would treat you the same as a person who had DA'd. There rules would take precedent over Caesar's.

  Blow could also mean "get lost". Maybe he's saying he'll go to the show, but not with her. But I like your explanation better!
